super tired today can!! heh.. woke up at 6.20am, getting ready to report at 7am. heh. morning had physical training. heh. lunch was.. heh. NO CHICKEN!! so ate lots of vege. luckily today have noodles. YEAH.. ate lots of fruits too.. good for health. haha. back to room and rest then. afternoon had weight lifting, went to gym. did 60% strength only. WAH!! like hell. haha. but im strong.. ROOARR!! haha. but everyone motivated each other. thats good. so no one gives up. HAHA! yeah.. then went for dinner. HAVE CHICKEN!! OMG!! haha. taste nice. yeah. ate lots of vege again. cause CHICKEN is the only meat i can eat. heh. AND!!! today have night training. AAHH... heh.. but was good. did long slam, footwork. haha. important.. yeah. now going to sleep. DAMN TIRED.. when doing weight lifting, just did the 9 station, im dying. haha. AND TOTAL THERE ARE 13 STATIONS!! heh.. but i finished all stations. HEHEHE!! strong ah..
