HELLO!!

just went to report. back to room, bathe. yeah. morning training did technical training, as usual. had sparring too.
LOL. was tired. like 15 sets? heh. have to use mind before attacking or countering. cause only high kicks, turning movement kicks are allow. haha. they wanna follow the new rules. besides, their normal turning kicks are good enough. HAHA. had lunch, went back to room and took a nap. afternoon training, went to the stadium. do exercises plus run. LOL!! SUPER FUN CAN!! but SUPER TIRED. heh. our 'tiger' group won, first. HAHA. well, actually we lost the first round, got last. heh. our group was called 'lion king' HAHA. so the lions and tiger joined together. YEAH.. fierce. ROAR~! haha. after that went to sauna. SHIOK.! LOL. muscles are tired. very.. went back to room after that. then, theres a knock on my door, one of the senior passed me a cup of bubble tea. LOL. coach treat, cause of the race. after drinking, i went to weigh myself, AND FOUND OUT THAT IM... 56.2kg!!!! WAH!! so went to the gym at night. saw some of the team mates too. they also waa lose weight. haha. went to cycle. cycle a 'Pro Bike' LOL!! another senior was also cycling beside me. haha. he was reading a book. a CHINESE BOOK!! wah.. lol. while, i was playing psp. HAHAHA!! played half way and decided to stop. super tired. haha. on songs from my psp, cause the gym songs were CHINESE!! heh. haha.

HAHA. suppose to cycle for 1 hour. but i think i cycle till i lost 500 calories would be better. so its like about 1 hour plus. haha. stop, and continued on ' Ellipticals'.


yap yap.. it look like this. HAHA. used for about 5 mins. that lost about 47 calories. after that went to stretch, and went to report. thats my day today. ohh.. and i weigh 55.1kg after that. still have another 1.2kg. JIA YOU!!

yesterday, morning training and afternoon training was interesting and fun. enjoyed it. maybe because of the coach. HAHA. he is super funny. yeah. today afternoon training he took the training too. yeah. had soccer after 'beach training'. LOL. draw game. heh. we scored in the extra time. and wth.. the other team came back during the last minute. hais.. if not we would have another treat from the coach again. HAHA. overall, training was good and fun. maybe learn better? haha..

HELLO!!

woke up early. hehe. good. well, had break since yesterday afternoon till sunday night. yeah.. yesterday had morning training. but in groups.. did the usual thing. hard to catch. heh. looks easy. yeah. legs were tired and aching. must be the sprinting i did on thursday. LOL. on thursday, we had physical training, no morning training cause the players had a check up. we did 10m, 30m, 50m and 100m sprinting. haha. I LOVE SPRINTING. (: 100m was the worst. by then, my legs were stiff. haha. the head coach said if anyone who can complete 100m in 12.5s for the guys, they will have their breaks starting after the training. LOL. and only 3 guys completed. (: im one of them, completed 12.4s.. HEHE. but like WTH!! i break early i also cannot go back home. LOL. had soccer after the sprinting. LOL. we won. 4-0. like having war, too many people were playing. haha.

yesterday, the seniors brought me out. first, to a shopping mall to watch movie. watched 'Taken' nice movie. 4 stars. LOL. super scary, the part when the girls got kidnap. hate that part. imagine you were in the toilet talking on the phone and look out of the window, and look opposite and saw some people kidnap your friend. after that, there come look for you. OMG!! plus the sound effect. wah.. super scary. cant imagine if thats going to happen to me. dont wanna imagine too. HAHA. after that we went to an island. have to take a boat there. and the cool thing was, bikes are also allow to enter. they occupy the first level of the boat while the non-bike on the second level. haha. i thought i only can see this kind of boat on tv. haha. went to the island to walk walk, see see. haha. went to the beach, by then it was at night. there were many dogs, and rats around the rubbish bin. LOL. then this girl, ting ting, was screaming. LOL. SO DID I!!! x: HAHA!! dogs were huge la. haha. back to dormitory. when to ktv sing. haha. they were like high. yeah. but i did not. cause.. i know i will 'zao xia' HAHA! and thats not a good thing. lol.

HELLO!! im back.

just ended morning training. was tired, as usual. HEH!! but today perform better then yesterday. HAHA. good. yeah. had sparring, was super tired la.. heh. fought with a small guy, but damn good. his hand bleed and there are stains on my gi pants. heh. was scrubbing like one dog just now. HAHA! arm super tired now. heh. luckily, i brought a stain removal.. hehe.. target kicking was another one.. gives me hell. heh. but use to it already. LOL.

yesterday, had weight lifting training. carrying the almost the same weight as the guys now. HEH! now i think im like super strong can. LOL. SUPERMAN.!! used to carry the same as the girls. haha..

will be having a break in the afternoon, but still have to stay in the dormitory. still, need to report at 3pm, everyone was like WTH!! lol. and the captain said, he is going to show as magic.. LOL.. and everyone was.. HA.. HA.. HA.. WWWTTTHHH!!! LOL. super funny. everyone here are super funny, friendly, kind.. like super good people. YEAH.. off now..

HELLO!!

back from lunch. HAD WESTERN FOOD!! LOL!! like finally.. haha.. jordan.. too bad. went down at 11.50am, thought i will be early. when i walked in, i was like WTH!! so many people eating already.. heh. waited damn long for my turn. haha. but worth it.. cause its WESTERN FOOD!! haha. ate lots of fries. yeah. NICE. I LOVE FRIES. before lunch, my weight was 54.1kg, after lunch was 55.6kg. LOL!! have to stop. too fat. yeah..

today training. WTH again.. heh. super tired.. trained with the small boy that is 20 years old, and his best partner? who runs alot alot.. LOL.. both of them are injured. but still as good and as fast. haha. later will be going to gym. HEH.. im super strong now. LOL!! haha...

oohh.. and when i on the music when im back from lunch, it played, "Mr Lonely".. =.-" fine.. jordan left and im alone in the room. HAHA!! LIKE WTF!! heh..

HELLO!!

having break today, tomorrow too. haha. did cleaning in the morning cause group 3 lost in the friendly match. LOL. so woke up early, report and had breakfast.. then went back to room, research on kaohsiung. LOL!! smart ah.. till about 11.30pm, report again. everyone went back home, while we stay here. heh.. so decided to go out. went to 巨蛋, a shopping centre that looks like an egg. took train. first time went out alone, as in without any taiwanese.. haha. a 学长 send us to the neartest mrt station. THANK YOU! taiwanese super kind. SUPER!! yeah.. shopping centre was big and high class. eveything like super expensive. a small bag can cost like TW$39000. LOL. many branded shops too. out of 9 floors, only one floor have guy stuffs. WTH!! haha. went into a NIKE shop. bought a shirt. Manchester United shirt. LOL. nice design, wondering if singapore got sell. haha. cost about S$52.. =x HAHA.. then continue walking again.. decided to eat macdonalds today. LOL!! and we did. asked the information counter for direction. HAHA!! AND FINALLY, MACDONALDS!!! hehe. atfter that went back. took train back, and walk in. about 11 mins walk.. stayed in the room after that. watch pokemon movie. now watching kung fu hustle..

back, had friendly match against each other yesterday and today. fought a girl yesterday, and a guy today.. good experience. good follow ups. haha. yeah.. group 3 got last again. HAHA.. heh. so sunday will be the break i think. heh!! just had dinner.. CHICKEN!! lol.. but ate little, cause the guy behind me is waiting. like pressuring me to take faster. HAHA!! watching spongebob now.. BUT ITS IN CHINESE!! heh.. WTH!!

HELLO!!

super tired today can!! heh.. woke up at 6.20am, getting ready to report at 7am. heh. morning had physical training. heh. lunch was.. heh. NO CHICKEN!! so ate lots of vege. luckily today have noodles. YEAH.. ate lots of fruits too.. good for health. haha. back to room and rest then. afternoon had weight lifting, went to gym. did 60% strength only. WAH!! like hell. haha. but im strong.. ROOARR!! haha. but everyone motivated each other. thats good. so no one gives up. HAHA! yeah.. then went for dinner. HAVE CHICKEN!! OMG!! haha. taste nice. yeah. ate lots of vege again. cause CHICKEN is the only meat i can eat. heh. AND!!! today have night training. AAHH... heh.. but was good. did long slam, footwork. haha. important.. yeah. now going to sleep. DAMN TIRED.. when doing weight lifting, just did the 9 station, im dying. haha. AND TOTAL THERE ARE 13 STATIONS!! heh.. but i finished all stations. HEHEHE!! strong ah..
